I went to Turkey with this travel agency, and couldn’t ask for a better planned trip. Every hour was utilised well—my week stay felt like a month!
I had the worst experience with this company. Highly unprofessional people, who don't know how to talk to customers. I simply put my name down for pre-registration because after speaking to 3 other hajj companies, I had been informed that the Saudi government hasn't made a decision on hajj 2021. And I get a call from Sara International telling me that they have been given the "green light" and that I should disregard what other companies are saying and overlook what is stated on the Saudi government's website. I refused to put a deposit down without having all the facts.. He then went on to accuse me of not being serious about my intention to go for hajj and wasting his time...this is not how you talk to a customer! Extremely unprofessional!!! Thankfully, I will be taking my business elsewhere, readers should too!
Canadians were befooled during 2014 Hajj by Sara international travel. I was amongest them. Sara violated Saudi Arabia embassy's rules to get Canadian Hajj visas. As a result, Saudi Arabia revoked all Canadians Hajj applications submitted by Sara international. Sara international agency hardly returned our money, and eventually they did but they deducted $600 CAD administrative fees. Administrative fees for what? We didn't go to Hajj because of your carelessness in following embassy's rules, so where did that $600 CAD go? Shouldn't administration fees be only for those who are going to Hajj? There isn't much administration work obviously for those who didn't go to Hajj. I do have all the proofs of our complaints and communication with Sara international. By the way, Sara international weren't responsive and did their best to hide until one of the Canadian pligirims representitves flew to their office and this case was about to be taken to the court. Then and only then, they responded back and took action out of fear. Don't rely on Google reviews solely. Search well before you decide to proceed with them.
Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Always on call waiting to our demands...everyone smiling...they make u feel so welcome. I loved this experience with Sara international Travel. Specially the bus drivers who treated everyone like family not just tourists. Thank u so much .
